Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Since the products offered are individually manufactured and personalised goods, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal provisions once the production has started.

A cancellation of the order and refund of the purchase price is usually possible within 2 days after placing the order and only if production has not yet started.

2. Cancellation

A cancellation is possible within 2 days of placing the order, as long as production has not yet started.

After the start of production, a cancellation or refund is no longer possible.

3. Return process

Since these are individually made products, exchanges and returns after the start of production are excluded.

Excluded from this are products that have been delivered damaged or defective. In this case, prior contact is required.

4. Complaints

In the event of a defective or damaged product, the customer has the right to complain.

A description as well as image or video material may be required for processing.

If a reported defect can no longer be checked in a comprehensible way due to lack of evidence or a considerable elapse of time, the complaint can be rejected.

We support the customer in the context of communication with the respective supplier or logistics partner.

5. Restrictions

The figure is individualised based on the photos provided by the customer and corresponds to them as accurately as possible.

Due to the handmade manufacture, slight deviations in body shape, colours or details may occur. A complete match can therefore not be guaranteed.

Such minor deviations do not constitute a defect and do not give rise to a claim for return or refund.
