General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General provisions

1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the use of the online shop ewigepfote.store as well as the conditions for orders through this shop.

1.2. Operator of the shop is:

1.3. The shop offers customers access to products from external suppliers and organizes the ordering and delivery process without storing the goods themselves.

1.4. The offered goods are shipped directly from international suppliers to the customer. The shop does not have its own warehouse and is not involved in the physical flow of goods. The order is processed in cooperation with external suppliers and logistics partners. The shop does not participate in customs clearance and does not act as importer of the goods.

1.5. As part of the IOSS procedure, any taxes incurred are handled by the respective service provider, if this procedure is applied.

 

2. Order processing

2.1. After receipt of the order and payment, the order is processed and the production of the personalised product is initiated.

2.2. The estimated production time is 5-12 working days.

2.3. After completion of production, standard shipping takes place. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

2.4. The shop delivers worldwide.

2.5. In exceptional cases, production or delivery may be delayed due to transport, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond the control of the shop.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are displayed in the shop.

3.2. Prices are intended as final prices for the customer. Any tax settlements in connection with the delivery are carried out by the participating service providers.

 

4. Liability

4.1. The shop is liable within the framework of the legal regulations.

4.2. The shop assumes no liability for delays or problems caused by external service providers or suppliers, as far as legally permissible.

5. Data protection

5.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

5.2. Data can be passed on to suppliers and logistics partners for order processing.

6. Product safety

6.1. The products offered comply with the applicable safety requirements, as far as necessary.

6.2. In the event of safety problems, appropriate measures will be taken.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1. Since the goods offered are individually manufactured and personalised products, there is basically no right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions once the production has begun.

7.2. A cancellation of the order and refund of the purchase price is usually possible within 2 days after placing the order and only if production has not yet started.

7.3. After the start of production, a refund or return is excluded. This does not apply to products that have been delivered damaged or defective.

7.4. The finished figure is personalised on the basis of the photos provided by the customer. Due to the handmade manufacture, slight deviations in body shape, colours or details may occur. Such minor deviations do not constitute a defect and do not give rise to a claim for return or refund.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The law of the Republic of Poland applies, taking into account the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence.

8.2. Should individual provisions be ineffective, the remainder shall remain unaffected.
