Shipping policy

1. General information

Orders are processed after receipt of payment and produced as customised products.

Production is carried out in cooperation with external partners. After the completion of production, the products are shipped directly to the customer.

We deliver worldwide.

2. Processing and delivery time

The estimated production time is 5-12 working days.

After completion of production, the estimated delivery time in standard shipping is 7–15 working days.

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, for example due to logistical processes, customs clearance or increased demand.

3. Shipment tracking

After shipment, the customer receives a tracking number with which the delivery can be tracked.

4. Responsibility

We assume no liability for delays caused by external service providers or logistical processes, as far as legally permissible.

The processing of production, shipping and delivery is carried out by external production and logistics partners.
